Criminal Compliance Platform for the management of complaints

Criminal Compliance is an essential element for any Company that wants to implement a Compliance System with good results in the preventive field. It is a means by which managers, employees, shareholders, clients and suppliers can report or communicate possible crimes or fraud within the company, incidents that affect codes of conduct and protocols and procedures related to regulatory compliance.

Our project offers the possibility of documenting complaints detected by any member and communicating them directly to the Compliance Body. This Body will then carry out a management of the same, establishing the necessary action for each dimension of severity, leaving everything documented and registered.
